We will facilitate communication between you and the Japanese manufacturer but cannot be held responsible for any defects that may arise due to the use of a step-down transformer or incompatibilities with local power sources. Before purchasing, please consider the security and usability of the product in your region. All our products are sourced from Japan, and unless specified otherwise, are designed for AC100V power sources (excluding battery-powered items or those meant for travel).
