Warranty
The warranty period for electrical products follows the regulations set by the original Japanese manufacturer and is valid only within Japan. To avail of the Japanese warranty, the product must be returned to Japan at the customer's expense, including shipping fees and related maintenance costs.
We will facilitate communication with the Japanese manufacturer but cannot be held responsible for defects arising from the use of step-down transformers or incompatibilities with local power sources. Please carefully check the product specifications to ensure compatibility in your region before purchase.
Unless otherwise specified, all our products are sourced from Japan and are designed for AC100V power sources (excluding battery-powered or travel-friendly items).

We offer an 8-day return policy. Within 8 days of receiving the product, customers may apply for a return or refund for eligible items. Returns must meet the following conditions:
- The product must be in brand-new, unused condition with all original packaging intact (e.g., shrink wrap, seals, and outer boxes).
- Returns due to "change of mind," "purchased by mistake," or compatibility issues with local power sources are not accepted.
Exceptions and non-returnable items, including customized proxy purchase items, hygiene products, and hazardous materials, are detailed in our Refund Policy. Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs and any handling fees for returns unless the issue is due to our error (e.g., wrong item, damaged or defective product).

Equipped with Plasmacluster NEXT, which has increased ion density by approximately 20% compared to previous models*1, demonstrating improved deodorizing effects as well as new effects.

Deodorizes the "6 major odors" in the car
Effective against six types of odors that are of concern in the car.
Musty odor, sweat odor, body odor (unique to people in their 30s and 40s), food odor, tobacco odor, pet odor.
The effect is measured in a test space equivalent to approximately 3.6 cubic meters in a car, after approximately 20 minutes to approximately 6 hours with "Turbo Plus" operation. This is not a demonstration result in actual usage space.
The effect is measured at approximately 75 cm from the outlet for "Sweat odor" and "Body odor (unique to people in their 30s and 40s)" and at approximately 36 cm from the outlet for "Pet odor". Odors in parts of the car where the wind does not blow cannot be removed.
Speedy deodorizing with "Automatic Operation"
Releases Plasmacluster ion intensively for about 25 minutes to deodorize the car. After that, it maintains a comfortable space in the car with "Medium" operation.
