Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 3 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to the following countries:
Taiwan, Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Thailand, China, Australia and the USA.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
The actual delivery time may vary depending on the amount of packages in route, customs clearance process, or delivery status by the local postal service, etc.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. imy is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
Order Status
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. You can check the status of your package by logging in your member account or clicking the tracking link that we send you via email.
If you haven’t received your order within 15 business days (20 business days for packages to the USA) of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at cs@imyshopjapan.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
