The warranty period for electrical products follows the regulations set by the original Japanese manufacturer and is valid only within Japan. To avail of the Japanese warranty, the product must be returned to Japan at the customer's expense, including shipping fees and related maintenance costs.

We will facilitate communication with the Japanese manufacturer but cannot be held responsible for defects arising from the use of step-down transformers or incompatibilities with local power sources. Please carefully check the product specifications to ensure compatibility in your region before purchase.

Unless otherwise specified, all our products are sourced from Japan and are designed for AC100V power sources (excluding battery-powered or travel-friendly items).

Shipping Fee

Shipping costs are automatically calculated by the system based on the contents of the order: the place of delivery, the mode of transportation and the weight of the package. We use the most appropriate logistics method for your shipment depending on the location and type of item, so transit times may vary. After your order has shipped, you will receive an email from us containing the shipping order number and a tracking link for your order.

We offer an 8-day return policy. Within 8 days of receiving the product, customers may apply for a return or refund for eligible items. Returns must meet the following conditions:

• The product must be in brand-new, unused condition with all original packaging intact (e.g., shrink wrap, seals, and outer boxes).
• Returns due to "change of mind," "purchased by mistake," or compatibility issues with local power sources are not accepted.

Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs and any handling fees for returns unless the issue is due to our error (e.g., wrong item, damaged or defective product).
