We offer an 8-day return policy. Within 8 days of receiving the product, customers may apply for a return or refund for eligible items. Returns must meet the following conditions:
- The product must be in brand-new, unused condition with all original packaging intact (e.g., shrink wrap, seals, and outer boxes).
- Returns due to "change of mind," "purchased by mistake," or compatibility issues with local power sources are not accepted.

• Shampoo: Lightly press the bristles to the scalp and move slowly from hairline to crown
• Treatment: Use the brush to spread conditioner evenly across your hair
