Shipping Fee

Shipping costs are automatically calculated by the system based on the contents of the order: the place of delivery, the mode of transportation and the weight of the package. Estimated delivery time

We use the most appropriate logistics method for your shipment depending on the location and type of item, so transit times may vary. After your order has shipped, you will receive an email from us containing the shipping order number and a tracking link for your order.

We offer an 8-day return policy. Within 8 days of receiving your item, you may apply for a return or refund only if the product is defective or incorrect.

Returns are not accepted for reasons such as change of mind, mistaken purchase, or compatibility issues with local power sources.

Customized, hygiene-related, perishable, or hazardous products are non-returnable.

Return shipping and any handling fees are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
