We offer an 8-day return policy. Within 8 days of receiving the product, customers may apply for a return or refund for eligible items. Returns must meet the following conditions:
- The product must be in brand-new, unused condition with all original packaging intact (e.g., shrink wrap, seals, and outer boxes).
- Returns due to "change of mind," "purchased by mistake," or compatibility issues with local power sources are not accepted.
Exceptions and non-returnable items, including customized proxy purchase items, hygiene products, and hazardous materials, are detailed in our Refund Policy. Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs and any handling fees for returns unless the issue is due to our error (e.g., wrong item, damaged or defective product).

【Product Features】
• This is a replacement pressure-resistant water bottle designed specifically for the AARKE Carbonator II/III series. The upgraded stainless steel bottom has been reinforced. It has transitioned from traditional compression to threaded, which prevents the bottom from coming off due to temperature changes and other reasons.
【Notes】
• Only fill water up to the marked line.
• Do not use any liquids other than water.
Important Information
All our products are authentic and shipped directly from Japan. Please note the following regarding voltage compatibility:
- Voltage Standards: Many appliances we sell are designed for Japan’s 100V voltage, unless otherwise specified in the product description. If no voltage information is provided, it is safe to assume the product is intended for 100V use.
- Usage in 110V Regions: Products used in regions with 110V (e.g., certain areas in the USA) are typically compatible for direct use without a voltage converter. However, please confirm before use to avoid damage.
- Usage in Higher Voltage Regions: If you wish to use the appliance in regions with higher voltage (e.g., 220V), a step-down converter is required. These can usually be found at local electronic or hardware stores.
