Should you wish to avail of the Japanese warranty, the product must be returned to Japan at your expense, including shipping fees and any related maintenance costs. We will facilitate communication between you and the Japanese manufacturer but cannot be held responsible for any defects that may arise due to the use of a step-down transformer or incompatibilities with local power sources. Before purchasing, please consider the security and usability of the product in your region. All our products are sourced from Japan, and unless specified otherwise, are designed for AC100V power sources (excluding battery-powered items or those meant for travel).

Shipping Fee

Shipping costs are automatically calculated by the system based on the contents of the order: the place of delivery, the mode of transportation and the weight of the package. We use the most appropriate logistics method for your shipment depending on the location and type of item, so transit times may vary. After your order has shipped, you will receive an email from us containing the shipping order number and a tracking link for your order.
