【商品特色】
• 多功能使用：適合於食材的冷凍、冷凍食材的解凍，以及製作一夜干等用途。
• 方便包裝：每張脫水膜以單片（25cm x 35cm）的形式包裝，隨取隨用，非常方便。
• 冷凍：將食材分裝後，用脫水膜包裹，放入塑膠袋或密封容器中，然後在冷凍庫中緩慢冷凍。＊請勿進行急速冷凍。
• 冷凍食材解凍：將食材表面的冰與污垢用流水沖洗乾淨，再用紙巾擦乾水分。用脫水膜密封包裹後，放入冰箱中解凍。
• 一夜干製作：在食材上灑上少許鹽調味，並用脫水膜包裹，放入冰箱中靜置半天到一天（具體時間視食材種類和大小而定）。
【Pichitto脫水膜的構造與滲透壓脫水原理】
• 脫水膜是由食品用半透膜（聚乙烯醇薄膜）製成，內含水飴成分與海草成分。
• 脫水膜是一種利用水飴的滲透壓與半透膜的分子選擇性製成的食品脫水片。
• 小分子水分（遊離水）及生臭味成分（如氨、三甲胺等）會被 Pichitto 吸收，而大分子鮮味成分（如氨基酸、核酸等）則無法透過半透膜而留在食材中。
• 透過脫水膜的滲透壓脫水過程，可減少食材（如肉類或魚類）中的水分和異味，同時濃縮其鮮味。
【保管注意事項】
• 請將脫水膜存放在避光、涼爽處，避免陽光直射。
• 使用後，請將袋內空氣排出，密封袋口並放回外盒保存。製作過程中，水飴成分及周圍的密封部分可能會變黃，但不影響品質。
• 脫水膜內容物可能會偏移，使用前可用手輕壓均勻。請遠離幼兒、認知障礙者及寵物。
• 請勿直立存放。
【使用注意事項】
• 請從夾鏈袋中取出單張脫水膜使用，若脫水膜間相黏，請小心分離，避免撕裂。
• 請勿切割脫水膜，應保持其完整性。
• 調理前，請務必先將脫水膜取下。
• 請勿將脫水膜放入微波爐或烤箱加熱。
• 脫水膜不能食用，若誤入口，請以水沖洗並漱口。
• 脫水膜屬於一次性使用產品，不可重複使用。
• 當使用脫水膜進行食材脫水或解凍時，請務必放置於冷藏或冷凍環境。
• 雖可用於生鮮食材，但請注意食材的保質期。脫水時間會因食材的大小、狀態及種類而異。脫水時間過長，可能會導致食材過度乾燥。
