I have a medical neck problem and literally have over 10 pillows to try and ease the pain. I am from the USA and was visiting Japan at Kawaguchiko and stayed at a Ryokan which had this pillow. It was great and I slept comfortably and had no pain. This hybrid pillow was like magic for me. Even though it was not cheap with shipping and all I ordered one to be delivered to the USA. It is the best pillow I have ever had. Thank you for their service and workmanship.
