Returns are not accepted for reasons such as change of mind, mistaken purchase, or compatibility issues with local power sources.

Customized, hygiene-related, perishable, or hazardous products are non-returnable.

Return shipping and any handling fees are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
