We will facilitate communication between you and the Japanese manufacturer but cannot be held responsible for any defects that may arise due to the use of a step-down transformer or incompatibilities with local power sources. All our products are sourced from Japan, and unless specified otherwise, are designed for AC100V power sources (excluding battery-powered items or those meant for travel).
