[Product Features]
• The built-in heating sheet lets you cook one fish fillet in a microwave
• The enclosed design helps contain splashes of fish and fat for easier microwave cleanup
• A silicone-coated heating sheet helps release fish with less breakage
• No fish grill is needed, making cleanup easier
• Each cooking box can be used up to twice consecutively, following the package directions

[How to Use]
• Assemble the cooking box as directed on the package, place the side you want browned against the heating sheet, then close the lid
• Place the cooking box on a heat-resistant plate and use the microwave's manual heating setting
• For one approximately 100g salted salmon or mackerel fillet, use approximately 2 minutes 30 seconds at 500W or 2 minutes at 600W; adjust for the fish and microwave
• If needed, continue heating in 10-second increments while checking until thoroughly cooked
• Use oven mitts to remove the cooking box together with the plate and take care around hot steam and fat

[Important Use Notes]
• Thaw frozen fish first and cut larger fish to fit within the heating sheet
• Do not use for fish containing roe or for fish roe
• For a second consecutive use, wipe away residue, use a fresh heat-resistant plate and reuse immediately without a break
• Allow the cooking box to cool before disposal and follow all instructions on the actual package
