We offer an 8-day return policy. Within 8 days of receiving the product, customers may apply for a return or refund for eligible items. Returns must meet the following conditions:
- The product must be in brand-new, unused condition with all original packaging intact (e.g., shrink wrap, seals, and outer boxes).
- Returns due to "change of mind," "purchased by mistake," or compatibility issues with local power sources are not accepted.
Exceptions and non-returnable items, including customized proxy purchase items, hygiene products, and hazardous materials, are detailed in our Refund Policy. Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs and any handling fees for returns unless the issue is due to our error (e.g., wrong item, damaged or defective product).

【Brand Story】
AARKE is a brand that restores the forgotten "aesthetics" of high-end products through mass production efficiency, as recognized by the design community. The brand was founded by industrial designers Jonas Groth and Carl Ljungh in 2016. They are committed to producing high-end and high-quality products that embody "simplicity and beauty," including soda makers. The word "AARKE" comes from a language spoken by only 500 people in northern Sweden, which means "today" in Southern Sami.

• Carboneat 2 further refines the unique design of Northern Europe, pursuing a "minimalist" style in appearance, design, and usage.
• Carboneat II is equipped with three independent safety bubble protection devices, considering safety, making it easy to adjust micro bubbles, bubbles, and strong bubbles.
• Simply install the bottle and carbon dioxide cylinder on the main unit, and pull down the lever to easily make sparkling water.
• The lever not only saturates the water with carbon dioxide but also automatically adjusts the pressure inside the bottle.
When the carbon dioxide pressure inside the bottle increases and the "sound" of injection changes, push the lever back and remove the bottle from the main unit.
• Officially designated compatible with SodaStream carbon dioxide cylinder (sold separately).
• Insert the cylinder into the bottom pillar and rotate it clockwise to insert the cylinder's thread. Due to the perfect size match between the cylinder and the pillar, you don't have to worry about the thread being inserted at an angle.
Suitable for making homemade soda, cocktails, mixed drinks, syrups, etc. The dedicated PET bottle can be stored in the refrigerator and is also suitable as a handy companion for sports and leisure activities, easy to carry.

All our products are authentic and shipped directly from Japan. Please note the following regarding voltage compatibility:
