The warranty period for electrical products follows the regulations set by the original Japanese manufacturer and is valid only within Japan. To avail of the Japanese warranty, the product must be returned to Japan at the customer's expense, including shipping fees and related maintenance costs.
We will facilitate communication with the Japanese manufacturer but cannot be held responsible for defects arising from the use of step-down transformers or incompatibilities with local power sources. Please carefully check the product specifications to ensure compatibility in your region before purchase.
Unless otherwise specified, all our products are sourced from Japan and are designed for AC100V power sources (excluding battery-powered or travel-friendly items).

We offer an 8-day return policy. Within 8 days of receiving the product, customers may apply for a return or refund for eligible items. Returns must meet the following conditions:
- The product must be in brand-new, unused condition with all original packaging intact (e.g., shrink wrap, seals, and outer boxes).
- Returns due to "change of mind," "purchased by mistake," or compatibility issues with local power sources are not accepted.
Exceptions and non-returnable items, including customized proxy purchase items, hygiene products, and hazardous materials, are detailed in our Refund Policy. Differences between NF-RT1100 and NF-RT1000:
NF-RT1100 has added a new 'smoked menu'.
The temperature control of NF-RT1100 has been reduced from 6 buttons to 4 buttons, making it more intuitive and easy to use.
• RT1100 has added four seasoning smoking functions: black peppercorns, coarse salt, miso, and sesame. It can adjust the fire intensity for smoking.
• Equipped with a microcomputer, it has 6 automatic programs and 3 baking stages, allowing for precise adjustment of heat according to the desired baking level and ingredients.
• The far-infrared heater and four-sided long charcoal ceramic coating give the dishes a charcoal-grilled color, aroma, and taste.
• The machine has a built-in 14-layer catalyst and forced exhaust function, along with an automatic cleaning program, which can reduce 90% of the oil and smoke odor inside the oven and make it easy to clean.
• Comes with a smoking container for smoking various ingredients (smoking materials need to be prepared separately).
• Built-in automatic cleaning program, the catalytic coating can decompose the grease inside the oven, making it easier to wipe.

The removal rate of smoke components (hydrocarbons) generated when baking 4 saury fish. It is 288 mg/L without the smoke removal function and 20 mg/L with the smoke removal function.
