Warranty
The warranty period for electrical products follows the regulations set by the original Japanese manufacturer and is valid only within Japan. To avail of the Japanese warranty, the product must be returned to Japan at the customer's expense, including shipping fees and related maintenance costs.
We will facilitate communication with the Japanese manufacturer but cannot be held responsible for defects arising from the use of step-down transformers or incompatibilities with local power sources. Please carefully check the product specifications to ensure compatibility in your region before purchase.
Unless otherwise specified, all our products are sourced from Japan and are designed for AC100V power sources (excluding battery-powered or travel-friendly items).

We offer an 8-day return policy. Within 8 days of receiving the product, customers may apply for a return or refund for eligible items. Returns must meet the following conditions:
- The product must be in brand-new, unused condition with all original packaging intact (e.g., shrink wrap, seals, and outer boxes).
- Returns due to "change of mind," "purchased by mistake," or compatibility issues with local power sources are not accepted.
Exceptions and non-returnable items, including customized proxy purchase items, hygiene products, and hazardous materials, are detailed in our Refund Policy. Simply press a button to enjoy freshly ground regular coffee like a barista at home. Customize the coffee strength (amount of beans), amount of coffee (extraction amount), and extraction temperature to your liking. The "Cafe Japone" function blends the rich flavor of deep-steamed regular coffee with the refreshing aftertaste of drip coffee preferred by the Japanese. By extracting the coffee like a hand drip method, it condenses the rich aroma and flavor into each cup. With the built-in dual-structure high-performance milk frother, anyone can easily create fine, smooth foam milk for a variety of menu variations that rival those of cafes. The detachable extraction unit ensures that the authentic taste of regular coffee is always replicated with an electronic control system that controls the tamping pressure. The extraction unit can be easily removed for cleaning. The cone-shaped grinder operates at a low speed to grind coffee beans, which reduces friction heat and allows the volatile aroma of coffee to be preserved. It also grinds coffee beans into a more uniform particle size than a typical propeller-type mill, resulting in a stable taste. This coffee machine can extract coffee from both coffee beans and coffee powder, so you can enjoy a different taste from your usual coffee beans when you want. The energy-saving function allows you to set the auto-off time and use the power-saving function to automatically turn off the boiler after coffee extraction, reducing unnecessary power consumption. The machine also features a recycling system for when it's no longer needed, a safety fuse, and a non-PVC plug.
