We use the most appropriate logistics method for your shipment depending on the location and type of item, so transit times may vary. After your order has shipped, you will receive an email from us containing the shipping order number and a tracking link for your order.

Please note that the warranty period for electrical products is in accordance with the regulations set by the original Japanese manufacturer and is valid only within Japan. Should you wish to avail of the Japanese warranty, the product must be returned to Japan at your expense, including shipping fees and any related maintenance costs. We will facilitate communication between you and the Japanese manufacturer but cannot be held responsible for any defects that may arise due to the use of a step-down transformer or incompatibilities with local power sources. Before purchasing, please consider the security and usability of the product in your region. All our products are sourced from Japan, and unless specified otherwise, are designed for AC100V power sources (excluding battery-powered items or those meant for travel).

We offer a 7+1-day cooling-off period, which is better than the Consumer Protection Act in Taiwan. With the exception of specific items, all online shopping products have an 8-day cooling-off period. On the 8th day from the day of product delivery, except for exceptions or non-returnable items and customized proxy purchase items, you can still apply for a return or refund, but the shipping costs and any possible handling fees will be borne by the consumer.
