We offer a 7+1-day cooling-off period, which is better than the Consumer Protection Act in Taiwan. With the exception of specific items, all online shopping products have an 8-day cooling-off period. This means that within 8 days from the day of receiving the product, you can apply for a return or refund. Except for customized proxy purchase items, all products have an 8-day cooling-off period. According to the reasonable exceptions specified in Article 2 of the guidelines for the exercise of the right to terminate telecommunications transactions, customized payments made at the consumer's request (i.e., custom proxy purchases on this website) are not subject to an 8-day cooling-offperiod.

Nine automatic treatments for you to choose
Nine different automatic treatments are available. Simply select the symptom, area, kneading method and treatment to provide the best treatment for each individual.
Four special modes
Adjust the stimulation to your preference according to your stiffness and pain level.
Dedicated patch for repeated use.
Longer life (about 10 times longer than conventional products).
When the adhesive surface becomes dirty and difficult to adhere, washing with water restores adhesion. Patch can be rinsed with water about 10 times, with the goal of rinsing every 30 uses.
The patches are consumable. When the adhesive surface wears out, purchase long-life patches (sold separately).
The service life of the patches may be shortened depending on the frequency of washing with water, skin conditions and storage conditions.
Disclaimer.
Do not use patches that are not genuine (long-lasting patch: HV-LLPAD, long-lasting patch (gray): HV-LLPAD-GY). This may cause safety problems. It may cause equipment malfunction. Please note that we are not responsible for any malfunctions or accidents caused by the use of non-original products.

According to Article 5 of the "Regulations for the Approval, Manufacture, and Importation of Specific Medical Devices," applications are for devices intended solely for personal use, which means they do not require operation by a physician or a professional and are used by individuals themselves. In accordance with Article 7 of the aforementioned regulations, the quantity of devices applied for should adhere to the following rules:
1. For consumable materials intended solely for personal use, the quantity should not exceed a six-month supply.
2. For instruments intended solely for personal use, the limit is one unit of the same model. However, this limit does not apply if the device is used in different locations or if there are other special circumstances that necessitate exceeding this limit.
