We offer a 7+1-day cooling-off period, which is better than the Consumer Protection Act in Taiwan. With the exception of specific items, all online shopping products have an 8-day cooling-off period. The cover is hand washable but not machine washable or dryable. The cushion core should be wiped clean with a damp cloth.
