◆ For Long-Term Use
• Adjust heat levels based on ingredients and pan size. Avoid dry heating, especially over high heat. The fluororesin coating may deteriorate above approx. 260°C – use low to medium heat whenever possible
• Use non-metal utensils made of wood, bamboo, or plastic to extend the life of the non-stick coating. Do not chop or cut ingredients directly in the pan
• Avoid strong impact or sudden temperature changes (e.g., pouring cold water into a hot pan), which can damage the coating or deform the pan
• Acidic (e.g., vinegar) or alkaline (e.g., baking soda) substances should be avoided or cleaned off immediately after cooking to prevent corrosion or discoloration
• Lightly oiling the surface before cooking helps maintain the non-stick properties
• Do not store food in the pan for long periods – always transfer to another container to prevent coating degradation
◆ Cleaning
• Do not use metal scrubbers, alkaline detergents (e.g., bleach, dishwasher detergent), or abrasive cleansers. Wash with a soft sponge and neutral detergent, then dry thoroughly
• If food is burnt or stuck, do not scrape with metal tools. Soak in warm water, then gently clean with a sponge and neutral detergent
• Do not wash in a dishwasher. Dishwasher detergents may cause corrosion, discoloration, or damage to screws and fittings, potentially loosening the handle
