We offer a 7+1-day cooling-off period, which is better than the Consumer Protection Act in Taiwan. With the exception of specific items, all online shopping products have an 8-day cooling-off period. This means that within 8 days from the day of receiving the product, you can apply for a return or refund. Except for customized proxy purchase items, all products have an 8-day cooling-off period.
