Should you wish to avail of the Japanese warranty, the product must be returned to Japan at your expense, including shipping fees and any related maintenance costs. Superheated water vapor means heating water vapor. After water boils at 100°C, it becomes vapor. When heated in this state, it becomes superheated water vapor at 100°C or higher temperature. The heat is about eight times that of a regular oven, so food can be heated with just water. This technology, patented by Sharp, is called "Healsio".
【Oil-free and low-salt for good health】
