• Waterless cooking pot that utilizes the natural moisture of ingredients for flavorful results
• Lid technology enhances taste with two effects:
 – Water Seal: Forms a steam membrane between pot and lid to lock in moisture and heat
 – Water Drop: Inner lid protrusions return steam as water droplets to continuously baste ingredients
• Adjustable steam vent on lid helps prevent boil-over and allows for regular or waterless cooking
• Supports 6 cooking methods in one pot: simmering, steaming, stir-frying, rice cooking, baking, and boiling
• Ceramic-coated interior and exterior for easy cleaning and resistance to acidic or alkaline foods
• Comes with removable silicone handles for safe and easy handling
• Compatible with IH (100V / 200V), gas stove, oven, and radiant heaters
• Always use with medium heat or lower; do not rapid-cool or dry heat
