• Please note that this product uses natural feathers, which may have a slight odor. As a natural material, it is not odorless.
• After opening, please squeeze out the air from the enclosed bag and replace it with fresh air. If the smell bothers you, air it out in a well-ventilated, shaded area.
• As this is a commercial product, it comes in a simple plastic bag packaging without an instruction manual.
• The pillow itself is not washable. Please use a cover. For stains, wipe with a cloth soaked in diluted neutral detergent. Dry cleaning is possible.
• The initial feeling of the pillow may differ from that experienced in hotels, as those pillows have been used by many customers. The pillow will gradually adapt to your use.

I used the Sleep Artist pillow in the hotel, I found it comfortable that and that’s why I looked to buy it.
However, I saw a similar pillow called Blissful Sleep. I thought it would be firmer and higher than the sleep artist, so I bought two of those. But as it turned out, they were a lot lower (than the Sleep Artist) and I could not use them so that was a bit disappointing.

We’re sorry to hear the Blissful Sleep pillows didn’t meet your expectations. While both the Sleep Artist and Blissful Sleep pillows contain the same volume of filling, the Blissful Sleep is designed with a 4-row pipe configuration for enhanced support, which typically makes it feel slightly firmer. That said, comfort is very personal—everyone experiences pillows differently depending on sleeping habits and body alignment.
